This program will cover the following points with the intention to exert our influence on public officials to call for a ceasefire in Palestine.
1. Teach and encourage community members how to call, email, write letters to and visit their elected representatives at all levels of government to inform them about the situation in Gaza, Ask for a ceasefire and End to foreign military aid.
2. Inform community members about the Boycott Divestment Sanction (BDS) movement and how to participate.
3. Gather volunteers from the community to distribute information in neighborhoods surrounding the masjid to spread awareness.
