By registering in this Package, I do release and forever discharge Masjid Alsalam (Champions) and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, volunteers, agents, and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual capacities from any claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, whether direct or indirect or consequential, which I have or ever had or may in the future have against Masjid Alsalam (Champions) or any of the Released Parties arising out of or relating to this Package.
By registering in this Package, I understand that fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-creditable against other fees payable in connection with the trip.
By registering for this Package, I understand that last-minute travel changes can happen due to flight cancellations, delays, or any travel-related inconveniences. I am willing to work with the travel agency (AMAX) to find the best accommodation available.
