Assalamu Alaykum,
The Sisters Committee at Masjid AlSalam has initiated this survey to determine the need for a program that connects the seniors that live within the Masjid AlSalam zip codes with people that live near them and are able to help them in times of great need – such as now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This public health emergency has caused widespread disruption to daily life which has affected the seniors much more acutely than the general population.
Please use this form to:
- Let us know if you are a senior and would like assistance with shopping or other outside chores that are unsafe for you
- Let us know if you are able to render assistance to seniors living near you for bringing them any essentials, such as groceries, prescriptions, etc.
Depending on feedback received from this survey, the Masjid Administration will work with the Sisters Committee to establish and deploy this program as soon as possible.
