Eid-ul-Adha Community Celebration – Sat, Aug 17 @ 6PM [Rescheduled]

Last updated: August 15th, 2019

AsSalamuAlykum Dear Brothers & Sisters!

Rasool Allah [S] said: “There is no day on which Allaah frees people from the Fire more so than on the day of ‘Arafah. He comes close to those (people standing on ‘Arafah), and then He reveals before His Angels saying, ‘What are these people seeking.”

Also, he mentioned: “On this day, Allah, the most Exalted, descends to the nearest heaven, and He is proud of His servants on the earth and says to those in heavens, look at My servants, they have come from far and near, with hair disheveled and faces covered with dust, to seek my Mercy. Even if their sins are as much the sand or the froth of the sea, I shall forgive them.”

It would not befitting for us to have the Day of Arafah in any other way. Therefore, to honor and submit ourselves to what Allah loves for us to do on the Day of Arafah, we will happily and in fact champion the rescheduling of our first Eid-ul-Adha Community Celebration to the following Saturday!

aH we learn, we grow and we will celebrate, but just Saturday after this 🙂 8/17 @ 6pm! The programs stays the same except the iftar 🙂
