Umar Ibn Al Khattab [r.] once said to Amr Ibn Al As [r.], “Ya Amr, how have you taken people for slaves when they were born free.“
A statement that was recorded around 8th century is now a fundamental right around the world and even found in the U.N. Charter.
There are countless examples where Allah honored such statements and actions of individuals in our history and even present, and made it the building blocks of the society we live in today.
